FULL FITTING SERVICE

Our seat fittings cater to all motorsport categories and can be performed at your chosen location, whether it’s a workshop or trackside. We take care of everything, including trimming and covering, in a single visit to provide a seamless experience. You’ll receive knowledgeable advice to ensure an ideal fit, with a strong focus on comfort, protection, and compliance with homologation standards. We provide various fitting configurations tailored to your specific needs.BASE INSERT: This insert is placed inside the shell of the factory or manufacturer's provided seat. We will remove the original padding and replace it with your custom molded base insert. This base typically accommodates the largest driver or serves as the primary seat for a single driver. The base generally remains fixed within the shell and is not removed.INSERT: The insert is positioned on top of the base for additional drivers. It is usually intended for smaller drivers who need extra support to fill in gaps.

BEADED SEAT BENEFITS

The goal of a custom seat insert is to maximize contact between your body and the factory seat by reducing gaps and providing optimal support under G-force loads. This enhances comfort, reduces fatigue, and improves sensitivity through the seat for better car feedback - resulting in superior on-track physical performance and response. The Pro-Seat system uses a unique energy-absorbing material built on colloid technology©™. SFI 45.2 approved, this impact-resistant material consists of thousands of soft beads enclosed within a vacuum-assisted bag. The process allows the seat to be shaped directly to your body as you form yourself into the bag, which is then held in place by a low-powered vacuum pump while it cures. This method provides exceptional accuracy during the fitting process, allowing precise positioning and easy adjustment. Support can be added or removed by redistributing the beads, ensuring you remain in the optimal driving position.

THE FINISHED PRODUCT

Our goal is to deliver a fully finished product in just one visit, eliminating the need to ship the seat to us for later completion. Whenever possible, we’ll give the driver the opportunity to test the seat during a session and make any minor adjustments on the spot. We then finalize the seat on-site by covering it with FIA-standard (ISO 3795) covering material to complete the upholstery. We also ensure that teams and drivers are fully supported throughout the event, with all work completed and signed off before we leave the track.A single seat base can typically be fitted, trimmed, and covered within 6–8 hours, depending on requirements. Additional details, such as embroidered driver names, can be arranged ahead of the appointment.
